Hello everyone! Normally, when making fried rice, eggs are usually cracked in at the very end. But this time, I want to share how to make pork and mixed vegetable fried rice, where raw eggs are mixed thoroughly with the rice before frying.

You'll only know it tastes better than the usual fried rice once you try cooking and eating it yourself.

Ingredients

• About 2 full bowls of rice
• 2 eggs (beaten well)
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 7 oz pork (cut into cube shapes)
• 300 grams mixed vegetables (corn, carrot, long beans, snow peas, etc.)

• 1 tablespoon oil for frying
• A little salt and black pepper powder
• 1 stalk spring onion (sliced thinly)

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Put the rice into a large bowl and mix thoroughly with the egg and sesame oil until well combined.

2. Add water to a pot and blanch all the vegetables for about 2 minutes.

3. Add oil to a pan, and once the oil is hot, fry the pork cubes for about 3 minutes. Once the meat turns light brown, remove it and set aside on a plate (leave the oil remaining in the pan).

4. Add the rice that was mixed with egg and sesame oil into the same pan and fry for about 7 minutes.

5. Increase the heat further and add the vegetables into the rice, frying together.

6. Add salt and black pepper, then taste and adjust the seasoning to your preference.

7. Transfer the finished fried rice onto a plate, garnish with spring onions, and enjoy deliciously.

If you'd like to pair it with a half-fried egg, you can garnish with a half-fried egg on top and enjoy it even more deliciously.
