For people who are on a diet and those who love stir-fried vegetables, here's a recipe for delicious Thai-style stir-fried vegetables for dieters.

Prepare the following ingredients: sliced cabbage – 1 cup, sliced carrot – 1, cauliflower – a small amount, shiitake mushrooms – a small amount, sliced snow peas – 10 pods, sliced Chinese broccoli (kai-lan) – 3 stalks.

In a bowl, add oyster sauce – 2 tablespoons, light soy sauce – 2 teaspoons, fish sauce – 2 teaspoons, and water – 2 tablespoons, then mix well.

Also prepare 4 pods of smashed chili peppers and 5 cloves of crushed garlic.

To fry, place a wok on the stove and add oil. First, add the smashed chili peppers and crushed garlic and stir-fry them. Then add the cauliflower and carrot and stir-fry first. Add a little water while frying.

Once slightly softened, add the cabbage, mushrooms, snow peas, and the stems of the Chinese broccoli and stir-fry them. Add salt – 1 teaspoon.

Once softened, add the remaining Chinese broccoli leaves last and stir-fry.

Once everything is softened, scoop it onto a plate and you're ready to serve. Now you have a mixed stir-fried vegetable dish that stands out from the usual style.
