Eggplant is usually just steamed and eaten. So, to make it a bit special, here's a recipe sharing how to stir-fry chicken and eggplant together to get a delicious Thai-style flavor.

Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon, fish sauce - 2 teaspoons, oyster sauce - 2 teaspoons, Thai Chili Paste - 2 tablespoons, water - 2 tablespoons: mix all of these together in a bowl and stir well.

Cut the eggplant into medium-sized pieces - 1 piece if large, or about 2 pieces if small.

Add a little oil to the wok and fry the eggplant pieces for a short while.

Grind or finely chop 200 grams of chicken and place it in a bowl.

Combine 4 cloves of garlic and about 2 chilies, then pound them together.

Add oil to the wok and put in the pounded garlic and chili.

After a while, add the ground chicken and stir it in.

Once the chicken is partially cooked, add the cut eggplant pieces.

Then also add in the mixture from the bowl that was mixed first, and stir it all together.

When it's almost done, add a handful of Thai basil and stir for a bit.

Once everything is done, scoop it into a serving dish and enjoy it with rice.
