For those who love shrimp, here's a method to cook it spicy, Thai-style, to make it something new and exciting.

First, put Thai Chili Paste – 2 tablespoons, oyster sauce – 1 tablespoon, and fish sauce – 1 tablespoon into a bowl and mix. Then add a little water and mix again.

Peel the shells off 300 grams of shrimp and put them into a bowl.

If you like morning glory (kanyut), slice it to add in.

Cut one large onion in half. Also slice some large chili pods into suitable pieces. Prepare a little bit of coriander as well.

To start cooking, put oil into a pot and add 4 cloves of finely sliced garlic. Also slice one small chili pod and add it, then let the oil heat through.

Add the shrimp. Add the chili paste mixture you prepared first. Add the morning glory. Add the sliced onion and a little water, then stir.

Add half a teaspoon of sugar. Add the sliced chilies and coriander. Mix well and let it sit for a moment.

After a little while, you can put it on a plate and eat it. That completes this spicy Thai-style shrimp recipe.
