Slice 250 grams of beef into thin, long strips and put it into a bowl.

Into the bowl of beef, add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, a little ground chili powder, 1 egg white (with the yolk removed), and 1½ teaspoons of corn flour, then mix well.

Cut a head of broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of water, 1½ teaspoons of sugar, a little ground chili powder, and 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic, then stir well.

Add a little oil to a pan and stir-fry the broccoli. Once done, remove it and set it aside on a plate.
