Hello everyone! For French fry lovers, this time we'd like to share a recipe for French fries that are crispy on the outside and so deliciously fluffy on the inside that you'll forget about your relatives.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs potatoes (peeled and cut in half)
  • 120 grams vegetable oil
  • A little salt
  • A little parsley (or other aromatic herb)

Step-by-step instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

2. Peel the potatoes and cut them in half if they are small. If the potatoes are large, cut the halved potatoes in half again.

3. Put the prepared potatoes into a pot, add cold water, and boil until it comes to a rolling boil. After about 8 to 10 minutes of boiling, scoop the potatoes out into a bowl.

4. Add the vegetable oil to the roasting pan that will go into the oven. Then place it in the oven for about 10 minutes.

5. Once the 10 minutes are up, add the potatoes into the roasting pan and bake in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes. (At the 15-minute mark, you'll need to flip the potatoes over to the other side.)

Once the set time is up, you'll have delicious, fluffy French fries. Transfer them to a plate and sprinkle a little salt on top.

Then you can dip them deliciously in your favorite sauce and enjoy.
