Ingredients
- 550 grams fish fillet (deboned)
- 2 tomatoes (thinly sliced into rounds)
- 5 cherry tomatoes

- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced ginger
- 1 stalk spring onion (cut lengthwise)
- A little wheat flour
- A little olive oil

- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon sugar
