• 4 pork slices
• 1 tablespoon of thinly sliced ginger
• A little salt and ground pepper
• 2 eggs
• 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
• A quarter head of cabbage
• 1 lemon
• Tomato sauce (or) chili sauce
• A little breadcrumbs
• A little oil
Step-by-step instructions
1. Make shallow knife cuts on the pork slices. Then, pound them with a small weight or mallet until you achieve your desired thickness.
2. Sprinkle the ginger and ground pepper over the pork.
3. Slice the cabbage thinly and soak it in water. Also cut the lemon into about two thin slices and add them into the bowl of cabbage to soak.
4. Place the wheat flour, breadcrumbs, and eggs separately into three bowls.
5. Coat the pork slices in the wheat flour. Then dip them into the egg. Finally, coat them once more with the breadcrumbs.
6. Pour oil into a frying pot. Once the oil reaches 325°F, add the pork slices and fry. When the pork slices turn golden brown, remove them from the hot oil.
Once the pork slices have cooled, cut them into even pieces.
7. Scoop the soaked cabbage onto a plate. Then arrange the pork slices neatly on top. Drizzle the sauce over the pork slices. Garnish with lemon and cucumber for extra decoration.
Now you can enjoy delicious fried pork cutlet together with cabbage to your heart's content.
