Ingredients

• A little bit of kanji (fish sauce/soy-based sauce)
• 2 bowls of rice
• A little thinly sliced onion and carrot
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil

• About 2 oz tuna fish
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• 60 ml kanji sauce

Step-by-step instructions

1. Mix the rice thoroughly with the kanji sauce, chili flakes, sesame oil, salt and sugar.

2. Heat a pan, add oil, then add the carrot and onion, and fry for about 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the kanji sauce and fry for about 2 minutes. Then add the tuna and fry for 1 more minute.

4. Next, add the rice that was mixed earlier into the pan and fry for about 5 minutes.

5. Taste for seasoning, adjusting lightly for saltiness, then remove from the pan.
