Hello everyone! This time, I'd like to show you how to make and fry potato cutlets with tuna fish.

Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • A little salt and black pepper
  • Half an onion (thinly sliced)

  • A handful of coriander (finely chopped)
  • 2 cans of tuna fish (about 5 oz each)
  • 8 tablespoons of shredded cheese
  • 3 eggs

  • 8 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 12 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • Plenty of oil

Step-by-step instructions

Peel the potatoes, cut them into medium-sized pieces, add a little salt, and boil them in a pot. Once the potatoes have softened, put them into a large bowl.

Next, add the butter pieces and mash them together with the potatoes. Add the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper powder, and mix well until evenly combined.

Next, add the tuna, onion, coriander, and cheese, and mix again until well combined.

Once the potato mixture has cooled down a bit, crack in one egg and mix again. (Beat the remaining 2 eggs separately in another bowl). After that, shape the mixture into medium-sized balls and place them in the refrigerator for about 10 to 15 minutes.

If you don't like the round shape, you can also form them into any shape you prefer.

Once the time is up, take them out of the refrigerator, coat them with wheat flour, dip them into the beaten egg, and then coat them again with breadcrumbs.

Fry the coated potato-fish balls in plenty of oil. Once the potato cutlet balls turn golden brown, place them on oil-absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.

Now you have delicious tuna potato cutlets that both kids and adults will love. Transfer them to a plate and enjoy them with your favorite sour sauces.
