Hello everyone! Since turkey isn't easy to find at the market, many people only fry and eat beef meatballs, chicken meatballs, or pork meatballs, which are easy to buy. Normally, people fry meatballs using just one type of meat, but this time I want to share a meatball recipe that combines turkey and pork.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk

  • About 3/4 bowl of bread crumbs
  • About 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • About 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • About 1/3 cup water

Step-by-step instructions

In a large bowl, add the turkey, pork, onion, egg, milk, bread crumbs (don't add all of it, just half), salt, and black pepper, then knead thoroughly with your hands.

Once done, shape the mixture into medium-sized meatballs and coat them with the remaining bread crumbs.

Heat a large pot over medium heat. Then add the oil, and once the oil is hot, add the meatballs and fry them. Fry each side of the meatballs for about 4 minutes.

Once the meatballs turn golden brown, add water, cover with a lid, and let simmer for about 10 minutes.

Once the time is up, you can enjoy these delicious and tasty turkey and pork meatballs.
