When it comes to instant noodles, there's hardly anyone who doesn't like them. When eating instant noodles, adding some vegetables makes them tastier than just boiling them plain. This time, instead of the usual vegetables we always add, I'm sharing a recipe for Veggi Maggi instant noodles that's a bit different, more appetizing, and even more delicious.

Cut one potato into small pieces. Also cut one small carrot into small pieces. Then wash both of them.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil into a pot. Add 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic and fry it in the oil. Then add the cut potato and carrot, add a little salt, and fry for about 5 minutes.

Once the time is up, add 2 cups of water, add 1 tablespoon of soaked beans, add about 1 tablespoon of boiled corn kernels that have been shredded off the cob, and if you like it spicy, pound about 2 fresh chilies and add them in. Then let it boil until it comes to a rolling boil.

Once it's boiling, add one packet of instant noodles and add a quarter cup of tomato sauce. Then add the seasoning packets that come with the instant noodles. If you want the noodles to be soft, squeeze in half a lime.

Once everything is done, transfer it to a plate and it's ready to eat. Rather than just boiling instant noodles plain according to the packet instructions, making them like this with extra flavor makes them much more delicious to eat.
