Hello everyone! For those who love fried rice, this time I'd like to share a recipe for mixed vegetable fried rice.
Ingredients
- One red bell pepper and one long chili pepper
- Half a potato
- Half a tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 stalk of spring onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 teaspoons of fish sauce and half a teaspoon of salt
Step-by-step instructions
1. Slice the red bell pepper thinly into rings. Also cut the chili pepper and potato into small dice-sized pieces.
2. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Once it's boiling, add the bell pepper, chili pepper, and potato, and boil for about 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, scoop them out into a bowl.
3. Heat a wok and add one full bowl of rice, then stir-fry. Once the rice grains are separated and fluffy, scoop them out into a bowl.
4. Next, add half a tablespoon of vegetable oil into the wok. Add the bell pepper, chili pepper, and potato, and stir-fry for about one minute. Then add the rice. Add fish sauce, salt, and spring onion, and mix-fry evenly.
5. After tasting to check that the seasoning is mild and not too salty, you'll have a delicious mixed vegetable fried rice. Enjoy it while it's warm.
