For beef lovers, this time we're sharing a delicious Vietnamese-style beef stir-fry recipe. If you're tired of frying or cooking beef the same old way, you should try switching things up with a recipe like this.
Cut 250 grams of beef into small cube-sized pieces and put them in a bowl.
Into the bowl, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and a little soy sauce, then knead well to marinate.
After marinating, grate in 1 whole bulb of garlic. Add half a teaspoon of chili powder and knead again to marinate.
If you have cherry tomatoes, add them in. If not, regular tomatoes will also work. Slice them ready to add in.
Place a pot on the stove and add a little oil. Also add a little oil into the bowl of marinated beef and knead again.
Once everything is ready, add the beef pieces into the pot one by one.
Once the beef is tender enough, add in the tomatoes. Instead of stirring with a spoon, shake the pot instead.
Once done, place some lettuce leaves on a plate and add the stir-fried beef on top. Now you have a ready-to-eat Vietnamese-style beef stir-fry.
