For Korean food lovers, this time we're sharing how to make a Korean-style mayonnaise rice bowl that looks tempting to eat as soon as you see it. Instead of frying the rice itself, only eggs, onions, and meat chunks are fried and added, making it even more delicious.
To start, slice half of a large red onion.
Slice half of a large leek as well.
Also slice 1 long green chili.
Cut the canned meat into small square chunks as much as you like. If you'd prefer sliced meat here instead, you can substitute that too.
After slicing, you'll need to rinse everything with water.
Beat 2 eggs and fry them. While frying, add a little oil and stir the eggs with a spatula. This way they won't form flat sheets.
After frying the eggs, fry the sliced meat chunks (or sliced meat).
After frying the meat chunks (or sliced meat), fry the sliced leek and green chili, then add the sliced red onion and fry together.
When the red onion is almost softened, add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sugar, then fry.
Once everything is ready, nicely place the rice into a bowl-shaped mold onto a plate, then add the fried eggs around the edges.
On top of the rice, place the fried red onion and leek from earlier.
On top of that, place the fried meat chunks (or sliced meat).
Finally, drizzle mayonnaise nicely over the top and add slices of the long green chili.
And there you have it — a delicious and tempting Korean-style mayonnaise rice bowl is ready.
