If you're interested in a shop that offers fully satisfying service, delicious food, a beautifully arranged shop interior, an easily accessible location, the most affordable prices, and even Wi-Fi so you can sit, eat, and drink at your leisure, then you'll definitely want to check this out. The shop is located on the well-known Kyar Kwat Thit Main Road in Kyauk Myaung. (No. 12, corner of Kyar Kwat Thit Road and Dhamma Sinta Road, Kyauk Myaung, Tamwe Township)

You can contact them at 09-971 120754.

While wandering around Kyauk Myaung hungry and wondering where to eat, I spotted this place called Kyar Kwat Thit Cafe, and its exterior design drew me in right away, so I went inside. Not only was the menu packed with a wide variety of food, but as soon as I sat down, they even gave me a tasty lemon tea as a Welcome Free Drink. As for the service, the owner personally and thoroughly explained which dishes were good, and while I was eating, kept checking in to see if everything was okay and if I needed anything else — truly satisfying. Because of this, I ended up going back to that shop almost every night for a casual drink or two. On top of that, an even better service they offer is free home delivery. For loyal, regular customers, they've also set up a special VIP card program — show the card every time you eat there and get a 10% discount.

I'd also like to introduce another special service that Kyar Kwat Thit Cafe offers. You can hold dinner parties, birthday parties, and anniversary celebrations there. They'll take care of the decorations completely free of charge. They can accommodate up to 50 people, offer a wide variety of food menus, and you can rent the venue with no time limit. They won't charge you a room rental fee at all, and for those who want to bring their own bottles — whether beer or wine — there's no Bottle Charge or Table Charge either, so what more could you ask for? Plus, since the food is very affordable, you can host a high-quality, elegant dinner or birthday party while spending very little money.

Here are some more details about the shop...

Food

The shop's biggest draws are its unexpectedly cheap prices and, for pork lovers, the delicious pork leg dish, as well as the Myeik-style crab curry so good you'd say, "This is exactly the crab curry I've been craving" — just like the most famous one in Yangon (authentic Myeik-style crab curry),

For seafood lovers, there's crab masala, fish with lime dressing, squid stir-fry, and more; for those who want a light soup with their meal, there's fish head soup, 12-ingredient soup, prawn soup, and more.

There's also what I'd consider the best biryani rice in Yangon, and to keep up with the trend, they even have clay-pot rice.

On top of that, there are plenty of vegetable dishes, fried rice, and fried noodles too. With such a wide variety, you'll have a hard time choosing just one! And since the prices are the most affordable, there's no need to double-check your wallet. Eat as much as you like, pay accordingly — wait, I mean, eat as much as you like, and it'll still be cheap.

That covers the food — what about drinks?

As soon as you step into the shop, they treat you to a delicious homemade lemon tea as a Welcome Free Drink. Other than that, you can also get seasonal fruit juices and various soft drinks. For coffee lovers, they also have Cappuccino, Cafe' Latte, and Americano.

As for cleanliness, there's really nothing to worry about. The kitchen follows an Open Kitchen concept, and I've heard it's run by highly experienced chefs.

Shall we take a look at the service now?

This is my favorite part. With their friendly smiles and attentive staff, the moment you step into the shop, you'll feel as warm and welcomed as if you were home. And with free Wi-Fi, what more could you want?

And what about the shop's interior design?

I guarantee you'll fall in love with it. Inside the shop, there are beautiful paintings and decorations made with Pathein umbrellas — perfect spots for taking selfies and memorable photos. As for me, I couldn't resist — I shamelessly took photo after photo. With such a beautiful, neat seating arrangement, it's truly share-worthy. And what about the exterior? With its unique lighting design and traditional Myanmar-style touches, it's definitely one of my favorite shop exteriors.
