This one is another variety. For this, you'll need a thin, sharp knife. This method can actually be used in two ways.
First, as shown in the picture, make small cuts into the tomato.
From the very center point where you made the cuts, use your fingers to gently pull apart the little peel sections.
Once you've separated it layer by layer, as shown in the picture, it will look like petals blooming open. You can also stop at this point and use it as is.
If you want to shape it further, make cuts into the flesh of the tomato as well, and push it out using the pointed tip of the knife.
See, the little tomato seeds inside look just like pollen, don't they? And the flower now has two layers, making it even more beautiful. Let's arrange it nicely on top of the dish.
