Hello everyone! This time I want to share a recipe for beef stuffed fried dumplings, similar to duck meat pastries or goat meat pastries, which are delicious to eat. You can eat it as breakfast, or you can also make it for fun with family members on a holiday.

Since it's easy to make, you can prepare and fry it easily anytime, anywhere.

  • Beef 1/2 pound (finely minced)
  • Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion 1/2 (thinly sliced)
  • Cow's milk 6 tablespoons
  • Finely chopped coriander 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil (for frying)
  • A little salt
  • A little ground pepper

Step-by-step instructions

First, let me explain how to make the flour dough. In a large bowl, put the sugar, salt (about 1/3 teaspoon), and flour. Add the olive oil and baking powder. Then add a little water at a time repeatedly and knead. Knead until the dough is soft and smooth, no longer sticking to your hands. Once done, set it aside for a while.

Next, prepare the filling. In another new bowl, mix together the finely minced beef, onion, and coriander. Add salt, ground pepper, and cow's milk, then knead again.

Roll out the kneaded dough on a table using a rolling pin. Use a tea plate to cut out round shapes. Roll out the remaining dough again with the rolling pin and cut out more round shapes. Continue this process until no dough remains.

Fill one half of the round dough with the prepared beef filling. Leave about half an inch of space around the edge.

Then fold the other side without the beef filling over to the side, and press firmly with your fingertips.

Press tightly and firmly so that no air gets in. This way it will taste good when fried.

Pour plenty of oil into a large pot and fry 3-4 dumplings at a time. Fry each side for about 5 minutes.

Once fried, scoop them out with a slotted spoon to drain the oil, place them in a plate, and let them cool. The resulting pastries can be enjoyed with coffee, tea, or cow's milk.
