  • Palm jaggery syrup - 5 tablespoons
  • Milk - 10 tablespoons
  • Wheat flour - 8 tablespoons
  • Baking powder - a quarter tablespoon
  • Cocoa powder - 2 teaspoons

Step-by-step instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for baking the cake. Peel the banana and cut it into four long slices. Mix the 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of palm jaggery, and water together, then melt it over heat until it becomes a syrup.

Pour the melted palm jaggery syrup into the baking pan, then place the banana slices into it.

To make the cake, put the butter, palm jaggery syrup, and coconut oil into a large bowl and stir. Mix in the wheat flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, and stir until you get a thick batter.

Pour the resulting batter evenly over the bananas. Then bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Once the time is up, take it out of the oven and let it cool for about 15 minutes.

Now you can enjoy this delicious banana cake.
